Obtaine a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University in 1992 and an MBA from National University San Diego, USA in 1994. With more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant and financial advisor when he joined one of the Big Five Firms Accountants.

Involved in many international projects for Geotechnics for more than 25 years and also an exploration & exploitation tool expert since 1992 for BLFE Australia Pty Ltd until now. Hilman Damanhuri

COMMERCIAL OPS-1 HEAD
He was graduated from Geological Engineering Universitas Padjadjaran and continuing his Master degree in Business Administration Institut Teknologi Bandung. Since he was in bachelor degree, he focussing his interest in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics which experienced in slope stability analysis, geological hazards and coal mining exploration for 10 years experiences.

Sandrila Marsela

COMMERCIAL OPS-2 HEAD
With more than 12 years experience with Soilens and served as Head Department of Commercial and Operational, she obtained her bachelor degree from Institute Technology National Bandung. Achieved as a profesional engineer from PII at 2016, and has certification as a Geotechnical Expert – Madya from a HATTI (Indonesian Society for Geotechnical Engineer).

Dandan Anugrah

He is experienced in geotechnical analysis for more than 10 years. He also graduated from Civil Engineering of Bandung Institute of Technology in 2010 and continued his master's degree at the same university.

"More than 10 years of experience, including Laboratory Data Processing Staff 2007 - 2014, Laboratory Supervisor 2014-2019, Head of Laboratory Department 2019-present Has carried out work and reported laboratory test results for more than 400 projects in the 2019-2022 period."
